Quentin Williams is an NCAA athlete that is now a men's leadership coach. His focus is helping other ex-athletes find purpose, meaning, and assistance for life after sport.
Quentin joins our podcast to discuss his story that includes playing Division 1 football at Northwestern University and obstacles he had to overcome within playing high-level sports. The group discusses the pressures sports teams can put on athletes and the difficulty of struggling athletes opening up.
