On this episode of Mind Sweep, we bring on ex-pro tennis player and current sports psychology therapist, Robert Beer. Robert comes on and talks about his tennis career that was riddled with self-doubt and anxiety. He talks about conquering the mental side of the sport as well as common problems he still sees in athletes today. Later the group talks about the problem in the sports community such as the unnecessary pressure from parents and peers.
Robert is the Co-Owner of Mindset First, which is a Mental health and performance centre in Vaughn, Ontario.
