Today's guest is Mental Health counsellor, Victoria Pacitti. Victoria comes on and shares her story about how competitive dance not only affected her life negatively but others as well. She talks about the body-shaming that can go on within the dance community that can lead to mental illness. She later shares how her struggles fueled her passion for working in the mental health community. Victoria recently opened up her own clinic with her fiance called 'Mindset First' located in Vaughn Ontario.
