Walking 24 Hours for Overdose Awareness
on this episode of the Ramblr Project podcast Matt Ravida and Dan Pelosini Talk about Matt's brave feat on July 16-17th, Walking for 24 hours straight in support of overdose awareness. Matt shares why he is doing this and what he is trying to accomplish.
After discovering an overdose was the cause of his brother's death, Matt knew he wanted to find a way to help improve the future for others. So he's walking as a way to build a supportive community that can learn together in the space of overdoses. He's walking to help find a way to end the stigma towards people who overdose as well as the quietness around it.
His Walk on July 16th is to try and accomplish all of that.
